About Us

Our story begins with three childhood friends, LeRoy Nard, Donald Young, and Charles Whitfield from the south side of Fort Wayne. They reunited in 2011 along with Edward Wright (Muncie, IN) and they realized they had the same passion for the game of golf. The friends were playing with small groups at different locations when one day they decided to get together for some competitive fun golf. Late in the 2011 golf season, eleven guys gathered at McMillan park golf course, for what would be the foundation of the Pin Seekers G.O.L.F Club. Understanding all the benefits of golf and its principles added to their individual lives. It was important to have these values in the mission and club name. Pin Seekers is strictly a golf term that applies to seeking the flag on the course. By making golf an acronym fully encompasses the mission of the club G.O.L.F. (Golf, Opportunities, Leadership, Fellowship).
