   - All members and participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.

   - Discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from Pinseekers Golf Club activities.

 

3. Liability Waiver:

   - Participants understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with golfing activities and agree to hold Pinseekers Golf Club, its officers, volunteers, and affiliates harmless from any injuries or damages incurred during participation.

   - Participants or their legal guardians (if minors) must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any golf-related activities organized by Pinseekers Golf Club.

 

4. Photography and Media Release:

   - Pinseekers Golf Club reserves the right to photograph or record club activities and events for promotional purposes. By participating, individuals consent to the use of their likeness in promotional materials.

 

5. Membership Dues and Fees:

   - Membership dues and fees are non-refundable and subject to change at the discretion of Pinseekers Golf Club.

   - Payment of dues and fees is required in a timely manner to maintain membership status and access to club benefits.
